1. Who we are

2. Acceptance

By browsing the site, submitting an inquiry, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

If you use the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

3. Services

We provide cross-border digital growth services, which may include international website setup, hosting/domain renewal, overseas traffic consulting, SEO/GEO, AI social matrix solutions, enterprise AI appliances, and custom software. Descriptions on the site are summaries; the final scope is confirmed in order notes, quotes, or written confirmation.

Some offerings are sold at fixed prices (for example International Site Setup and annual hosting). Others are inquiry-only and require a custom proposal before work begins.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or involve fraudulent payment activity.

5. Orders, payments, and renewals

Paid checkout is processed by Stripe or, in local demo environments without Stripe keys, marked as a local demo payment. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

International Site Setup is typically a one-time fee. Hosting and domain services may renew annually. Failure to renew may result in suspension of hosting, domain, or related services after notice where practicable.

Invoices/receipts are provided through the payment provider or our order records. Taxes may apply based on your location and applicable law.

6. Delivery and client responsibilities

Delivery timelines depend on the product and the materials you supply (brand assets, copy, domain preferences, access credentials, and approvals). Delays caused by missing client inputs are not a breach by Engines Global.

You retain ownership of your pre-existing trademarks, content, and data. You grant us a limited license to use materials you provide solely to perform the ordered services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website themes, templates, platform code, and internal tooling remain our intellectual property; you receive a license to use the delivered site/service for your business.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful content, fraud, malware, spam, unauthorized scraping, infringement of third-party rights, or activity that harms our infrastructure or other customers.

We may refuse projects or remove content that violates law, payment-network rules, or these Terms.

8. Third-party services

Our stack may rely on third parties such as Stripe, Cloudflare, Google (auth/analytics/indexing where configured), Telegram, and domain/DNS providers. Their terms and availability apply to those components.

We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, revenue, or conversion outcomes from SEO, ads, or AI matrix products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engines Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Our aggregate liability arising from a paid order is limited to the fees you paid to us for that order in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

11. Refunds

Because digital setup and consulting work begin after payment or confirmation, fees are generally non-refundable once delivery has started, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing for a defective undeliverable service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence provide otherwise.
